Job summary

Parallon, a part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Contract Analyst to translate managed care contract terms into precise models and drive accurate reimbursement calculations. This remote role requires residency within 60 miles of an HCA Hospital and the ability to work from home.

You will model contracts, test results, perform what-if analyses, and collaborate with Payer Contracting, Revenue Cycle, and Finance to optimize pricing while ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent work experience may substitute.
• 1+ year of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of managed care contracting and reimbursement concepts preferred.
• Experience with contract modeling applications and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model managed care contracts using available modeling tools.
• Ensure discounts on patient accounts reflect expected net revenue.
• Test contract models by service line and document outcomes.
• Perform what-if analyses to evaluate term proposals and profitability.
• Translate contract terms into accurate system models for negotiations.
• Collaborate with Payer Contracting and Finance to support negotiations.
