Job summary

Parallon, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Strategic Pricing Services Contract Analyst for a work-from-home role within 60 miles of an HCA hospital. You will translate managed care terms into the Concuity Calc Engine to ensure accurate discounts and revenue reflections.

Responsibilities include contract modeling, ad hoc analyses, peer reviews, and collaboration with senior staff to ensure timely, accurate results. 1–3 years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• College undergraduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of managed care contracting and modeling desired.

Responsibilities

• Model managed care contracts through the Concuity Calc Engine.
• Perform ad hoc analyses as assigned by departmental leadership.
• Perform Peer to Peer reviews for model changes related to rates or factors.
• Test contract models by service line and document accuracy in calc engine workflows.
• Collaborate with senior staff to maintain timely and accurate communications with customers.
• Coordinate contract questions with Manager and Team Lead.
• Participate in departmental training and professional development.
• Contribute to Parallon Contract Modeling with accurate results and efficiency.
