Job summary
Tribunus Health is seeking a Payer Contract Analyst to drive contract analytics, scenario modeling, and reimbursement insights for managed care negotiations. You’ll work closely with Tribunus teams to maximize negotiation outcomes and monitor contract performance.
Experience in hospital contract modeling is required, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and data-driven problem solving. Location is flexible with remote and hub options in Charlottesville, VA, DC, and Philadelphia.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/healthcare or related field.
- 5+ years in payer-related roles with hospital contract modeling experience.
- Proven ability to translate contracts into reimbursement logic and models.
Responsibilities
- Model contracts and scenarios to project reimbursement under DRG, tiered per diems, and fee schedules.
- Provide training on reimbursement methodologies and fee schedule analysis.
- Lead relationships with data vendors and disseminate updates.
- Analyze history to inform contract proposals and monitor performance.
- Support leadership with ad-hoc analytics and internal tracking.
