Job summary

Parallon, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Strategic Pricing Services Contract Analyst. You will model managed care contracts, translate terms into system models, and support pricing decisions to optimize reimbursement while ensuring compliance.

You will work with Payer Contracting, Revenue Cycle, Finance, and operations to perform financial analyses, test contract models, and develop ad-hoc reporting to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Undergraduate Degree required (equivalent work experience may substitute).
• Minimum 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of managed care contracting, reimbursement methodologies, and contract modeling preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, relational databases, reporting tools, and contract modeling applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model managed care contracts using available modeling tools and ensure accurate reflection of net revenue.
• Perform prospective financial modeling to evaluate contract terms and impact on profitability.
• Translate contract language into accurate system models for reimbursement and negotiations.
• Design, develop, and support ad-hoc analyses and reporting initiatives for leadership.
• Collaborate with Payer Contracting, Revenue Cycle, Finance, and operations to resolve questions.
