Job summary

Customer.io is seeking a Contract Accounts Payable Manager to join our Americas remote team for a 6-month engagement. You will own End-to-End AP & T&E processes, review, code, and approve expense reports, and reconcile travel and vendor invoices in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

As the AP Lead, you will enforce policy, chase exceptions, and collaborate with Navan, Ramp, and ERP systems to ensure clean close cycles and accurate GL postings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AP & T&E experience in SaaS or high-growth environments.
• Hands-on experience with Ramp and/or Navan (or equivalents).
• Strong policy enforcement and attention to expense controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Ramp expense management end-to-end: review, code, approve, receipts, policy compliance.
• Administer Navan travel: reconcile bookings, flag policy exceptions, support out-of-policy approvals.
• Review AP bills for accuracy, coding, and routing; catch duplicates and mismatches.
• Reconcile Ramp and Navan activity with the GL and close cycles.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors: confirm payments, track status, resolve disputes.
• Identify recurring T&E issues and document process fixes.
