Job summary

YETI is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP team in the U.S. and Canada, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, vendor relationships, and compliance with GAAP/SOX.

You will balance hands-on oversight with strategic process development, guiding performance and monthly/quarterly closes. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in AP or accounting, 3+ years in management, and experience with Concur, SAP, and ERP systems in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive AP or accounting experience, including 3+ years of management.
• Experience with Concur and corporate card programs.
• Knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and internal controls.
• Experience with SAP or major ERP systems.
• Strong communication and deadline-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing AP team with emphasis on service and continuous improvement.
• Oversee full-cycle AP for U.S. and Canada; manage weekly payment runs and cross-border payments.
• Maintain AP controls and assist in year-end 1099 reporting; ensure IRS/CRA compliance.
• Develop KPIs and drive process improvements with IT and other teams.
