Job summary

PlanetArt is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator for a remote, Philippines-based role. You will ensure accurate processing of vendor invoices, maintain AP records, and support month-end close and audits while building strong vendor relationships.

The role is fully remote with standard business hours and requires using JDE and other collaboration tools. Prior AP experience and strong accounting knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience handling accounts payable invoices and reconciliations.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and internal controls.
• Ability to manage a high volume of transactions with deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and process vendor invoices using 3-way matching.
• Reconcile AP vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end close and audits with documentation.
• Attach invoices and approvals to the system (JDE).
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain relationships.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
