Job summary

Macmillan Learning is seeking a contractor to support Content Systems Workflow, handling file fulfillment, DAM archiving, and copyright operations. You’ll coordinate requests, maintain metadata, and ensure compliance across the content lifecycle.

Reporting to the Sr. Content Manager, you’ll work remotely 20 hours per week for 9 months, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to deliver accurate, timely data and documentation.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail across multiple systems for files, metadata, and records.
• Strong organizational skills to track multiple requests and processes.
• Ability to handle sensitive materials, including litigation content, with discretion.
• Effective written communication for reports, documentation, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate file fulfillment requests and locate content files.
• Manage relationships with Electronic File Request vendors.
• Conduct DAM archiving quality control and metadata reviews.
• Support vendor review processes for DAM.
• Coordinate copyright registration and deposit copy management.
• Assist with business support tasks like content reports and errata.
• Support litigation-related work and copyright research.
• Assist with CMS collection management for stakeholder searches.
• Provide Coursera data and content file pulls.
