Job summary

Macmillan Learning is seeking a Contract Content Operations Coordinator to support file fulfillment, archiving, and copyright tasks across the content lifecycle. This role reports to the Sr. Content Manager, Workflow Optimization and focuses on operational support for internal stakeholders and external vendors.

The position is remote, 20 hours/week, for 9 months, with compensation at $30.00 per hour. Responsibilities include coordinating content requests, metadata QC, and deposit copy

Qualifications

• Demonstrated attention to detail when managing files, metadata, and records across multiple systems.
• Strong organizational skills to track multiple requests and processes.
• Ability to handle sensitive or confidential materials, including litigation-related content with discretion.
• Effective written communication for reports, documentation, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate file fulfillment requests, including international requests, and locate content files.
• Manage relationships with Electronic File Request vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Conduct DAM archiving quality control, including metadata review and archive board maintenance.
• Coordinate the copyright registration process, including deposit copy management and end-to-end tracking.
• Assist with business support tasks such as content reports and errata documentation.
• Support litigation-related work, including file gathering and copyright research.
• Assist with CMS collection management to support stakeholder searches.
• Provide Coursera data and content file pulls as needed.
