Job summary

Capital One’s Card Shared Services: Learning & Knowledge (L&K) team is transforming how we research, write, present and manage content to support our agents and customers. This remote role requires proximity to listed hubs and in-person reporting with 24 hours notice when needed.

As Content Manager III, you will coach content strategists, partner with stakeholders, and drive strategies to improve the agent experience through data-driven content initiatives and clear governance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• 3 years of writing experience in content strategy, UX writing, technical writing, communications, or marketing.
• 2 years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of content strategists for on-time delivery of high-quality content solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with project customers and stakeholders to understand objectives and priorities.
• Leverage data and agent feedback to identify insights and opportunities for content improvement.
• Write simple, human-centric content and ensure clarity across all produced materials.
• Ensure content adheres to governance and compliance requirements.
