You will partner with senior leaders to shape initiatives, oversee content governance, and enable teams across the Card Shared Services Learning & Knowledge group.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in content strategy, UX writing, communications, or marketing.
• 2+ years of project or process management experience
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects and programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine the operating model and drive process improvements.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives and roadmaps with senior leadership.
