You will collaborate with stakeholders, drive content initiatives, and mentor team members while applying insights from research and usability testing to improve content effectiveness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 3 years of writing experience in content strategy, UX writing, technical writing, communications, or marketing.
• At least 2 years of people leadership experience.
• Preferred: 4+ years of experience writing for digital products or UX research.
• Preferred: 3+ years of people leadership experience managing a team of content writers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of content strategists to deliver high-quality content solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with project customers and stakeholders to align on objectives and roadmaps.
• Use data and agent feedback to identify insights and prioritize content improvements.
• Write clear, human-centric content that guides agents in customer interactions.
