Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Manager of Marketing Content Strategy for Cell & Gene Therapy Technologies. You will own global content strategies, translate complex scientific information into clear messaging, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver credible, differentiated communications across campaigns, conferences, and customer materials.

You will collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure content accuracy, brand alignment, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear content for diverse audiences.
• Experience developing content for omnichannel campaigns, conferences, customer communications, and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute global content strategies aligned with CGT priorities and campaigns.
• Translate complex scientific and technical information into audience-appropriate content across materials.
• Provide strategic direction to internal teams and external partners for credible, differentiated communications.
• Establish content plans, calendars, assets priorities, and approval workflows across launches and campaigns.
• Set content quality standards and ensure accuracy, relevance, brand alignment, and compliance.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

Ability to translate complex scientific, technical, product, and workflow information into clear content

Experience leading content strategy for omnichannel campaigns, conferences, and customer communications
