Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Manager of Marketing Content Strategy for Cell & Gene Therapy Technologies (CGT). The role leads global content strategy, translating complex science into clear messaging across presentations, brochures, and campaigns.

You will collaborate across Product Management, Commercial, Marketing, R&D, and Regulatory to ensure compliant, differentiated communications. The position may be remote in the United States and includes a 10% target annual bonus and a salary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years in content marketing, product marketing, scientific communications within life sciences or biotech.
• Translate complex scientific information into clear, credible content for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Experience developing content for omnichannel campaigns, conferences, sales enablement, and digital channels.
• Knowledge of cell and gene therapy, biopharma, or related markets preferred.
• Experience coordinating content review with Regulatory, Legal, Quality, and Corporate Communications.
• Ability to travel up to 15%, including internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute global content strategies aligned with CGT priorities and marketing strategy.
• Translate scientific, technical, and product information into audience-appropriate content.
• Provide strategic direction to internal experts and agency partners for credible communications.
• Establish global content plans, calendars, asset priorities, and approval workflows.
• Set quality standards ensuring scientific accuracy, brand alignment, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead content for global and regional campaigns, conferences, and sales enablement.
• Develop messaging for events, thought leadership, and customer-facing materials.
• Incorporate Voice of Customer insights into portfolio messaging and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Legal, and Quality for timely review and approvals.
