Job summary

You will own the strategic content architecture, guiding complex initiatives and ensuring automated outputs remain clear and brand-aligned. This role blends leadership with hands-on design system work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in content design, content strategy, or product design.
• At least 6 years building or contributing to multi-level design systems or content governance models.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with product managers, engineers, and leaders to shape strategy and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Foundational Content Systems & Governance: Build, govern, and maintain content design libraries, terminology standards, and voice guidelines.
• Strategic Content Architecture: Lead high-leverage content initiatives, owning logic, flows, and taxonomy.
• Consultative & Embedded Partnership: Work across product lines to solve design problems and upskill teams.
• Quality Assurance & Narrative Auditing: Ensure narrative quality across live experiences.
• Cross-Functional Pod Leadership: Partner with engineering, product, and enterprise teams.
• Practice Maturation & Enablement: Mentor and upskill design teams on scalable content tooling.
