Job summary

Zoom’s Future of Work Insights and Content team seeks a content operations leader to own the end-to-end content engine from planning to publishing. You will establish processes, governance, and resourcing to remove friction and scale output across channels.

You will manage content traffic, CMS publishing, and SEO/AEO workflows, leveraging AI tools to automate tasks and drive efficiency, partnering with Marketing, Online, and product teams to grow awareness and business impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content operations, marketing operations, or program management within a fast-paced marketing or technology environment.
• Experience building and optimizing content workflows, processes, and governance frameworks from the ground up.
• Hands-on experience with content management platforms and CMS tools; experience with Optimizely is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and complex timelines.
• Familiarity with SEO and AEO principles and how they integrate into content planning and publishing workflows.
• Experience leveraging AI tools or automation to drive operational efficiencies in a content or marketing context.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to create clarity, align teams, and influence without authority across Marketing, Online, and pod-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize the end-to-end content engine, establishing processes, tools, and resourcing frameworks that improve speed, quality, and output at scale.
• Lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of the content management platform, including governance, taxonomy, workflows, and best practices across the full content lifecycle.
• Drive content traffic management across all initiatives, ensuring clear timelines, ownership, approvals, and cross-functional alignment with consistent visibility into production status and delivery.
• Manage day-to-day content publishing execution within the CMS, standardizing workflows, templates, and checklists to improve consistency and reduce errors.
• Support program management for major content initiatives, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and production across complex, multi-phase programs.
• Operationalize the SEO and AEO content process, coordinating workflows between Marketing and Online to align on priorities, content opportunities, and publishing requirements.
• Leverage AI tools and agents to automate repetitive tasks, create efficiencies, and continuously elevate the performance of the content operation.
