Job summary

Zoom is seeking a content operations leader to own the systems, processes, and platforms powering the content engine from end to end. You will shape how content is planned, produced, and published, partnering with the Head of Future of Work Insights and Content to serve as the operational backbone across marketing, online, and product pods.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in content operations, marketing ops, or program management in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building and optimizing content workflows, governance frameworks from the ground up.
• Hands-on with CMS tools; Optimizely experience a plus.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
• Familiarity with SEO/AEO and content planning workflows.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to drive operational efficiencies in content/marketing.

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize end-to-end content engine with processes, tools, and resourcing to improve speed and quality.
• Lead implementation and optimization of CMS platform with governance, taxonomy, workflows and best practices.
• Drive content traffic management with clear timelines, ownership, approvals, and cross-functional alignment.
• Manage day-to-day publishing within the CMS, standardizing workflows, templates, and checklists.
• Support program management for major content initiatives across multi-phase programs.
• Coordinate SEO/AEO workflows and publishing requirements across Marketing and Online.
• Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and elevate content operations.
