Job summary

Perdoceo Education Corporation is seeking a Remote Contact Systems Coordinator to handle inbound/outbound calls for online and ground campuses. You will log into multiple systems, screen inquiries, and transfer prospects to admissions advisors while maintaining accurate records.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, and call center or customer service experience is preferred. Expect a comprehensive benefits package and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Call center or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Log into multiple systems to perform the job (Avaya, Interaction Center or Cisco, My Call Center, IEX).
• Speak with prospective students who have requested information about PEC schools.
• Screen inquiries via scripting to determine if the student meets minimum qualifications.
• Use reference materials for special projects and processes.
• Warm transfer prospective students to a live admissions advisor.
• Dispositions inquiries to maintain accurate student records.
• Make a dynamic impression and explain the value of speaking with admissions.
• Schedule flexibility, including evenings and weekends.
