Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of financial products and services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to efficiently solve member issues and make sound decisions.
• Must be organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• High degree of accuracy.
• Knowledge of PC Windows-based programs.
• Willingness to provide back-up support in other departments/branches.
• Spanish language ability is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Handle member inquiries by telephone and online chat.
• Assist with in-person transactions at the Redwood City branch.
• Open new checking, savings, CDs, and IRAs accounts.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Process deposits, loan payments, and card issues.
• Distribute forms and assist with account changes.
• Perform clerical duties and support other departments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
