Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of lending at a financial institution.
• Strong telephone, written, electronic, and digital communications skills.
• Experience with multi-channel member service delivery (phone, email, chat, text).
• Understanding of consumer loan analysis, underwriting, loan processing, and lending decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Receives, processes, and evaluates loan requests through all delivery channels.
• Reviews and evaluates consumer loan requests and routes to Centralized Underwriter.
• Explains adverse action decisions and discusses loan alternatives with applicants.
• Performs loan funding activities and maintains accurate member records.
