Job summary

Monterra Credit Union in Redwood City, CA is hiring an Employee Experience Associate to manage front desk and lobby operations on-site. You will support the Employee Experience team with HR, training, and all-staff communications, while greeting visitors and coordinating meetings.

The role emphasizes organization, confidentiality, and collaborative problem solving, with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive hourly pay. On-site work at our corporate office is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of administrative, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Sound judgment and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them appropriately, ensuring security and organization of the front lobby.
• Manage calendar and booking for corporate office conference rooms.
• Coordinate meetings and events on-site and off-site, including travel arrangements and catering.
• Generate daily and periodic reports and assist with reports requested by management.
• Assist with benefits invoices, expense reports, and audits as needed.
• Support recruiting tasks, reference checks, and candidate assessments.
• Manage Employee Experience inbox and route inquiries to the right team member.
• Administer benefits programs and wellness communications as needed.
• Maintain Employee Experience platforms and handle document reception and filing.
• Assist with training coordination, including New Employee Orientation setup.
• Provide back-up support to Executive Assistant and collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Handle mail, packages, and office supplies; perform other duties as assigned.
