Job summary

CoastHills Credit Union in California seeks a Contact Center Specialist to handle a wide range of banking transactions, assist members, and promote CoastHills services over phone, mail, and digital channels.

You will open and close accounts, resolve member issues, and cross-sell loan, wealth, and digital banking options while maintaining a positive image and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service and/or cash handling experience in retail or banking.
• Solid knowledge of banking products and services.
• Willingness to travel to multiple CoastHills locations for training.

Responsibilities

• Process banking transactions via telephone, mail, and/or digital channels.
• Open share accounts and close accounts as requested.
• Respond to member concerns and requests; assist with forms and documents.
• Prepare and process authorized account changes.
• Cross-sell CoastHills services including Wealth Management, Consumer Loans, Commercial Banking and Real Estate accounts.
• Research member issues in Base2000 and provide timely resolutions.
