Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain a heavy and diversified caseload for clients in Hawaii.
• Communicate with clients regarding matters and provide updates.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; review and draft agreements.
• Communicate with opposing parties to resolve claims.
• Conduct legal research on contract law and consumer law issues.
• Travel for in-court appearances as required, while working from home.
