This remote role requires in-state MA admission and strong research skills. Travel for in-court appearances is required, and you will collaborate with senior staff on diverse civil litigation matters.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a heavy and diversified caseload in Massachusetts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; review and draft agreements.
• Communicate with clients regarding their matters and with opposing parties to resolve claims.
• Conduct legal research related to contract and consumer law issues.
• Travel for in-court appearances as needed.
