Responsibilities

• Assist Members by phone, processing consumer loan applications and related documents.
• Provide accurate loan information and recommendations to help members decide.
• Process loan applications, fund loans and credit cards, and answer product questions.
• Explain loan decisions and requirements for approvals to Members.
• Gather required documents and ensure data is entered correctly.
• Refer Members to appropriate departments for DMV and insurance products.
• Maintain confidentiality of Member records.
• Communicate with Members via electronic channels as needed.
• Deliver responsive, world-class customer service.
