Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of prior related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve Members by providing World Class Personal Service via phone for consumer lending needs.
• Submit consumer loan applications for decisions and gather required documents.
• Provide Members with consumer lending information and recommendations.
• Process loan applications, fund personal loans and credit cards.
• Present loan decisions (approvals/denials) and explain requirements to Members.
• Reference DMV and insurance products to refer Members to appropriate area.
• Escalate calls when needed and collaborate with other departments.
• Maintain confidentiality of credit union and Member records.
• Communicate with Members electronically when appropriate.
