SchoolsFirst FCU is seeking a Sr Consumer Loan Service Delivery Representative to provide world-class member service by phone or email. You will handle complex consumer loan transactions, process applications, and guide members through funding and posting processes.

You will lead training, support supervisors, and act as a subject-matter expert for loan originations, offering proactive advice to enhance member experience and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5-7 years of prior related experience required.
• Expert level proficiency with Consumer Loan systems and tools.
• Deep knowledge of teammember workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class member service via phone or email.
• Lead and assist department Supervisors and Assistant Managers in achieving Consumer Loan Originations objectives.
• Assist onboarding new team members in learning labs after classroom training.
• Process loan applications, documentation gathering, and funding of consumer loans.
• Communicate loan decisions (approvals/denials) to Members and advise on requirements.
• Handle escalations and provide expert guidance to members and staff.
