Job summary

Circana is seeking an Analyst for Growth Consulting in the United States to work directly with senior client teams on insights-driven engagements. You will translate data into actionable recommendations and collaborate with multiple internal groups to drive client success.

You will join a growing practice that leverages Circana’s data assets and industry expertise to deliver rapid, measurable outcomes for leading consumer goods and retail clients.

Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree, preferably in business, marketing, consumer insights, statistics, or economics.
• 0 to 4 years of relevant work experience, with strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) required; experience with market measurement or panel data such as Circana or NIQ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: Translate complex data into actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Insights, Product, and Analytics) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success.
• Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends in consumer packaged goods, retail, and general merchandise to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
• Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: Leverage Circana’s proprietary platforms (e.g., Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) to support client engagements and solution delivery.
• Advanced Analytic Skills: Demonstrated ability to conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses, with a focus on consumer solutions, providing clients with clear, actionable insights to inform strategy.
