Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Experience with consumer finance statutes (FCRA, FDCPA, RESPA, etc.).
• Active bar license in the state of the office (or commitment to obtain one).
• Preferred licenses in CA, FL, NJ, NY, or OH.

Responsibilities

• Defend financial services companies in state and federal courts.
• Represent mortgage servicers/originators in contested foreclosures, title disputes, and related claims.
• Collaborate with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit.
