Topcon Positioning Group is seeking a Construction Software Technical Integration Specialist to join the Software Services team in a role that blends construction technology, API integrations, and technical consulting. You’ll serve as a technical SME for ProjectReady WorkBridge and related construction tech integrations, helping customers connect systems and improve data workflows.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in construction technology, software integration, solution engineering, technical consulting, technical sales, or related field.
• Strong understanding of construction project workflows and construction tech ecosystem.
• Experience with Autodesk Forma, Procore, HCSS, SharePoint, Egnyte, Box or similar apps.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, data exchange, and workflow automation.
• REST APIs, JSON, authentication methods, webhooks, scripting, or programming is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical SME for ProjectReady WorkBridge and related construction technology solutions.
• Conduct technical discovery and assist with technical scoping during sales cycles.
• Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations of WorkBridge and related tools.
• Guide customers through implementation, configuration, onboarding, and adoption.
• Translate customer requirements into integration concepts and data workflows.
• Provide technical support and escalation for WorkBridge customers.
• Capture feedback and communicate needs to Development team.
• Develop training and technical documentation for internal teams.
