Job summary

Topcon Positioning Systems seeks a technically experienced Construction Software Technical Integration Specialist to join its Software Services team. You will connect ProjectReady WorkBridge and Autodesk Forma with customer systems, improving data workflows and value realization.

You’ll work with customers, sales, and partners to understand challenges, demonstrate solutions, and drive successful adoption of integration services. Occasional travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction technology, software integration, or related fields.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, data workflows, and automation.
• Experience with demonstrations, discovery, and consultative engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; travel may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for WorkBridge integration capabilities and value.
• Support sales with technical discovery and scoping.
• Deliver demos of WorkBridge, Forma, and related solutions.
• Guide customers through implementation and onboarding.
• Evaluate workflows for integration opportunities and automation.
• Advise on integrations with Autodesk Forma, Procore, SharePoint, Egnyte, Box, and ERP systems.
• Translate requirements into integration concepts and data mappings.
• Provide support and escalation for WorkBridge customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners on solutions.
• Capture feedback for product teams and roadmaps.
• Participate in product discussions and releases.
• Create training and best-practice documentation for teams.
• Identify repeatable integration solutions and packaged services.
• Stay updated on Autodesk APIs and industry trends.
