Job summary

Topcon Solutions is seeking a technically experienced Construction Software Technical Integration Specialist to join our Software Services team. The role sits at the intersection of construction tech, software integrations, technical consulting, and sales.

You’ll be the technical SME for WorkBridge and related platforms, helping customers connect systems and optimize data workflows. You’ll partner with sales and development teams to scope projects, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers

Qualifications

Professional experience in construction technology and software integration.
Experience with APIs, REST, JSON and authentication methods.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical SME for ProjectReady WorkBridge and related integrations.
Partner with sales teams during the sales cycle for technical discovery and scoping.
Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations of WorkBridge, Autodesk Forma, and related solutions.
Guide customers through implementation, configuration, onboarding and adoption.
Evaluate workflows and identify opportunities for system integration and automation.
Provide technical support and escalation for WorkBridge customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to validate solutions and address customer needs.
