Topcon Positioning Systems, Inc. is seeking a technically experienced Construction Software Technical Integration Specialist to join the Software Services team.

This role sits at the intersection of construction technology, software integrations, technical consulting, and sales. You’ll work on ProjectReady WorkBridge and related platforms, partnering with customers and Topcon Solutions teams to design practical integration solutions, demonstrate capabilities, support implementation, and drive

Qualifications

• Professional experience in construction technology, software integration, solution engineering, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of construction project workflows and ecosystem.
• Experience with Autodesk Forma, Procore, HCSS, SharePoint, Egnyte, Box or similar apps.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, data exchange, and workflow automation.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication methods, or scripting is desirable.
• Occasional business travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical SME for ProjectReady WorkBridge, including integration capabilities and customer value.
• Conduct technical discovery with sales, identify requirements, and assist with scoping.
• Deliver demonstrations of WorkBridge, Autodesk Forma, and related solutions.
• Guide customers through implementation, onboarding, and adoption.
• Evaluate workflows and identify opportunities for integration and automation.
• Advise on integrations with Autodesk Forma, Procore, SharePoint, Egnyte, Box, and other platforms.
• Translate business requirements into integration concepts and technical recommendations.
• Provide technical support and escalation for WorkBridge customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and development resources.
• Capture feedback and communicate needs to the WorkBridge team.
• Develop training materials and best practices for teams.
