Job summary
Topcon Positioning Systems is seeking a technically experienced Construction Software Technical Integration Specialist to join our Software Services team. You’ll work at the intersection of construction technology, software integrations, and consulting, helping customers connect systems and improve data workflows.
You’ll focus on ProjectReady WorkBridge and Autodesk Forma, designing practical integration solutions, supporting implementation, and driving successful customer adoption.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction technology and software integration.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience conducting technical discovery and demos.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and data exchange.
- Strong communication and multitasking in a sales-facing role.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical SME for ProjectReady WorkBridge and integrations.
- Deliver technical demonstrations of WorkBridge and Autodesk Forma.
- Guide customers through implementation, configuration, onboarding.
- Evaluate construction workflows for system integration opportunities.
- Capture customer feedback for WorkBridge and communicate to development team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to validate solutions and address customer needs.
