Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Account Executive to manage an existing customer base while developing new business across architecture, engineering, and construction markets. This remote-based role offers autonomy over your schedule and territory, with an emphasis on outbound prospecting and new-logo acquisition.

You will own the full sales cycle, from discovery to close and onboarding, travel about 25% for client meetings and demos, and collaborate with internal specialists to solve business challenges.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in construction tech or AEC.
• Experience selling software or multiple solution offerings.
• Remote hunter role with travel ~25%.
• Ability to grow new business while expanding existing accounts.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow an assigned multi-state territory with existing customers and greenfield prospects.
• Prospect into construction and AEC organizations via networking and field activity.
• Build relationships with contractors, construction firms and other AEC organizations.
• Identify customer needs and position software, hardware, and services.
• Sell across construction tech solutions, including Autodesk, Leica, and Bluebeam.
• Manage full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close and onboarding with the tech team.
• Expand existing accounts by identifying additional tech, service, and support needs.
• Partner with internal specialists and external technology partners throughout the process.
• Maintain ownership of customer relationships after sale for long-term growth.
• Travel throughout the territory for meetings and business development.
