This role suits someone with basic estimating or construction experience who wants to learn and work on architect-driven, high-end projects without requiring senior credentials.

Responsibilities include digital quantity takeoffs, reviewing drawings, assisting with cost estimates, organizing bid packages, and tracking revisions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of construction or estimating experience.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple bids.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
