Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating/preconstruction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, and docs to develop accurate estimates and budgets.
• Perform quantity takeoffs; analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed project estimates.
