Job summary

NEPSE Trading is seeking a Remote Construction Takeoff Specialist to support estimating and pre-construction activities. You will perform quantity takeoffs from architectural, structural, and foundation plans with a strong focus on accuracy and speed.

The role requires AutoCAD proficiency, experience with takeoff software, and collaboration with a small internal estimating team. This is a long-term, full-time, 100% remote position with a test project prior to selection.

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly accurate Remote Construction Takeoff Specialist to support estimating and pre-construction activities for a growing construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing quantity takeoffs from architectural, structural, and foundation plans, calculating material quantities, square footage, and concrete-related measurements, and supporting the preparation of project estimates. This role requires strong AutoCAD proficiency, prior construction takeoff experience, and the ability to review plans and specifications with a high degree of precision. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with a small internal estimating team, maintain accurate project documentation, and contribute to the timely delivery of bids and estimates. Experience in concrete construction is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for foundation, structural, and architectural plans.
• Analyze construction drawings and specifications with a high level of accuracy.

• Organize and maintain digital project files, drawings, and related documentation.
• Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.

• Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
• Excellent professional and communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and teammates.
• Prior experience performing construction takeoffs is required.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Familiarity with takeoff and estimating software platforms.
• Must be available to complete a client-assigned test project.
