Job summary
Topcon Positioning Group is seeking a Construction Software Technical Integration Specialist to join the Topcon Solutions Software Services team. You will serve as a technical SME for ProjectReady WorkBridge and Autodesk Forma, helping customers connect systems and optimize data workflows throughout implementation and adoption.
You will partner with sales and technical teams, translate business requirements into integration concepts, and contribute to training and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction technology and software integration.
- Ability to translate customer needs into technical integration solutions.
- Familiarity with APIs, REST, JSON, authentication methods, and webhooks is desirable.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Occasional travel may be required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as SME for ProjectReady WorkBridge and related construction tech integrations.
- Conduct technical discovery with customers and assist with scoping.
- Deliver demos and presentations of WorkBridge, Autodesk Forma, and related solutions.
- Guide customers through implementation, configuration, onboarding, and adoption.
- Evaluate workflows for system integration and data management improvements.
- Collaborate with sales, partners, and internal development teams to validate solutions.
- Develop training materials and best practices for teams.
