Job summary

Topcon Solutions is seeking a technically experienced, customer-focused Construction Software Technical Integration Specialist to join our Software Services team. This role sits at the intersection of construction technology, software integrations, technical consulting, and sales.

You’ll serve as a technical subject matter expert for ProjectReady WorkBridge, Autodesk Forma, and related construction technology integrations, helping customers connect systems, improve data workflows, and get more

Qualifications

Professional experience in construction technology, software integration, solution engineering, technical consulting, or related field.
Strong understanding of construction project workflows and ecosystem.
Experience with Autodesk Forma, Procore, HCSS, SharePoint, Egnyte, Box, or similar apps.
Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, data exchange, and workflow automation.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical SME for ProjectReady WorkBridge and related integrations.
Conduct technical discovery with customers and assist with technical scoping.
Deliver technical demonstrations of WorkBridge, Autodesk Forma, and related solutions.
Guide customers through implementation, configuration, onboarding, and adoption.
Translate customer requirements into integration concepts and data workflows.
Provide technical support and escalation for WorkBridge customers.
Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and development resources to validate solutions.
