Job summary
Topcon Solutions, part of Topcon Positioning Systems, seeks a Construction Software Technical Integration Specialist to join our Software Services team. You will serve as a technical SME for WorkBridge and Autodesk Forma integrations, helping clients connect systems, automate data workflows, and maximize technology value.
The role blends technical consulting, solution engineering, and sales support, with emphasis on API integrations and customer success.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction technology and software integration.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience conducting technical discovery and demos.
- Familiarity with project workflows in construction tech ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical expert for WorkBridge and related integrations.
- Conduct technical discovery and demonstrate solutions with customers.
- Guide customers through implementation, configuration, onboarding and adoption.
- Translate customer requirements into integration concepts and data mappings.
- Provide technical support and escalate as needed.
- Develop training materials and best practices for teams.
- Stay current on Autodesk APIs and WorkBridge capabilities.
