Job summary

Welty Energy & Infrastructure, LLC is seeking a Supervisor of Construction Services to lead a team focused on transmission, substation, and distribution projects. The role emphasizes client relationship management, safety program leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with project teams.

Based remotely with national travel, the candidate should have strong construction experience in electric utilities, exceptional communication, and a proven ability to develop staff and improve processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or similar industry experience.
• Degree requirement may be waived for 15+ years of related experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of construction experience. Electric utility construction is a must.
• Strong understanding of transmission line, distribution, and substation construction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey objectives and feedback clearly.
• Effective leadership and organizational skills; manage conflicts and maintain a positive team culture.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn client's systems, tools, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Construction Site Coordinators on substation, transmission, and distribution projects.
• Foster client relationships and advocate for Welty Energy's construction services.
• Promote safety culture and facilitate trainings per Welty safety protocol.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Project Managers, and Engineers to deliver client excellence.
• Lead training and mentoring for team members.
