Welty Energy & Infrastructure is seeking a Supervisor of Construction Services to lead substation, transmission, and distribution projects with a focus on client satisfaction and safety. The role is remote, preferably based out of Pennsylvania, with travel to client sites as required.

You will manage Construction Site Coordinators, drive safety compliance, and collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Project Managers, and Engineers to deliver excellence for electric utilities in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of construction experience in electric utilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a team of Construction Site Coordinators overseeing substation, transmission, and distribution projects.
• Foster client relationships and advocate for Welty Energy's construction support services.
• Ensure safety training and compliance with Welty Energy safety protocol.
• Coordinate project coverage and provide day-to-day guidance to your team.
• Assist with pursuit of new business in collaboration with the Management Team.
