Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Construction Management or related field.
• Class B General Contractor License or ability to obtain one.
• OSHA certifications and site-safety protocol experience.
• Minimum 10 years in construction/roofing management; 5+ years supervisory.

Responsibilities

• Draft scopes of work for construction projects aligned with client goals.
• Develop detailed RFPs; advise on vendor selection and contract negotiation.
• Manage day-to-day construction operations within scope and budget.
• Oversee construction documentation: submittals, RFIs, change orders, daily logs.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress per plans and specs.
• Serve as primary client contact; provide regular updates and strategic guidance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; coordinate meetings and communications.
