Job summary

RealManage seeks an experienced construction management professional to lead scope development, RFP creation, and client advisory across complex projects. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure bids and contracts meet client goals while maintaining schedules and budgets.

The role requires a strong background in construction management, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for diverse client accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible managerial and administrative experience in construction/roofing.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Draft comprehensive scopes of work for various construction projects.
• Develop detailed and accurate RFPs to solicit bids from contractors and vendors.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure scope/RFP alignment.
• Review bids, negotiate contracts, and manage contractor performance.
