RealManage is seeking an experienced Construction Services Manager to lead scope development, RFPs, and construction administration for diverse HOA and community projects. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and vendors to deliver on client goals, ensure quality, and manage risk.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance, with a remote work option and focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, construction management, or related field; qualifying experience in roofing industry can be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Draft comprehensive scopes of work for various construction projects, ensuring coverage and alignment with client goals.
• Develop detailed and accurate RFPs to solicit bids from contractors and vendors; advise on vendor selection and contract negotiation.
• Oversee day-to-day construction operations; manage documentation, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and logs.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts; provide regular updates and explore expansion opportunities.
• Ensure projects comply with regulations and company policies; implement quality control and risk mitigation strategies.
