ApplianceSmart Contracting in the United States (Atlanta, GA) is seeking an ambitious Sales Representative to elevate our 100% woman-owned/minority-owned company in the multi-family construction market. You will establish partnerships, follow up bids, and collaborate with estimating to deliver compelling proposals while driving growth and profitability.

This remote role supports travel; base salary with commission options, flexible compensation, health and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in construction sales.
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry and subcontracting.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with superb communication.
• Able to understand and sell company products and services to customers.
• Ability to build and maintain client and partner relationships.
• Experience as a construction sales rep in a startup or fast-paced env.
• Strong management skills, able to work independently and in small teams.
• Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage partnerships with customers and key players.
• Follow up bids and influence decision makers.
• Coordinate with estimating to handle customer requests promptly.
• Collaborate with leadership on long-term sales goals, growth, and ROI.
• Grow sales with existing and new customers.
• Develop relationships with general contractors to support growth.
• Contribute to product development and launches to meet customer needs.
• Meet or exceed sales benchmarks and revenue targets.
• Prepare compelling presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales.
• Maintain CRM records and provide sales forecasts.
