ApplianceSmart Contracting is seeking an ambitious Sales Representative to accelerate growth in the multi-family appliance market. The role focuses on establishing partnerships, following up bids, and coordinating with estimating to fulfill client requests promptly.

The ideal candidate has extensive construction sales experience, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and a strong ability to build long-term relationships with contractors and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Extensive sales experience in a construction environment.
• Knowledge of appliance sales for the multi-family housing market.
• Bachelor's degree in business preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain partnerships and relationships with customers and other key players in the industry.
• Follow up and call all existing bids to determine and influence decision makers.
• Coordinate with the estimating department within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion.
• Work with leadership regarding all aspects of the company's sales with an emphasis on long-term goals, growth, profit, and return on investment.
• Build business sales and manage growth with existing and prospective customers.
• Seek out and build relationships with general contractors to support the growth of the company.
• Work with leadership to envision and implement new product development and launch, driving innovation and creativity, and ensuring the final product meets customer expectations and is of high quality.
• Manage and meet company sales benchmarks toward its primary goals and objectives.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
