Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate multiple construction and exterior projects, ensuring timely execution.
• Develop, organize, and continuously update project schedules across crews and subcontractors.
• Follow up with contractors and field teams to confirm progress, deadlines, and tasks.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure accountability and completion.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor availability.
• Communicate daily with field crews in Spanish and English to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and operational challenges and implement proactive solutions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and improve workflows and efficiency.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager & Scheduler to support a large, fast-paced construction and exteriors company experiencing significant growth. This role is responsible for managing project execution, coordinating schedules across multiple crews and subcontractors, and ensuring projects stay on track from start to completion.

The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. This individual will play a key role in following up with contractors, resolving outstanding tasks, maintaining accountability, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the company's quality standards.

We are always looking for enthusiastic, problem-solving personalities. Fluent English and exceptional teamwork skills are required for all of our positions.

Qualifications

• Ensure all pending tasks, issues, and action items are tracked, resolved, and properly closed out.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor availability to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Communicate daily with field crews in Spanish and English to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, project delays, and operational challenges, implementing proactive solutions.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure accountability and timely completion.
• Track project progress and provide accurate status updates to leadership and internal teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, and suppliers to align priorities and resources.
• Adjust project schedules based on weather, site conditions, material availability, and changing priorities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency.
