Job summary

Turner & Townsend is a global professional services firm seeking a Construction Project Manager to provide consulting services for a financial retail banking client. This is a remote role for someone in the Central Time Zone, supporting HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrades with no travel required.

You’ll manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout, coordinating with clients on scope, budget, milestones, and risk. Strong PM and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Effective presentation skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction PM tools
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for single real estate projects from planning to closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare scope, budget, milestones, and risk plans.
• Define project delivery resources and conduct RFPs and bid evaluations.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with client requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and timely, coordinated project documentation.
• Lead the project delivery team and provide guidance to meet objectives.
